TERMS & CONDITIONS

1) YOUR ORDER

When you have submitted your order, you will receive an email, and/or call from our sales-team with your order confirmation and current shipping costs. On receipt of payment, we will process the order and dispatch your goods. You will then receive dispatched confirmation of your order. You will be made aware of your order time by our sales team. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery. All orders delivered may require a signature. Any orders returned to us as undeliverable, we shall attempt to contact you to arrange re-delivery. This will incur an additional postage charge. If we are unable to contact you, we will refund the price of the products only. The original postage charge will not be refunded.

2) PAYMENT

We can take BACS payments, as well as all major credit and debit cards. Our criteria for online/phone call transactions are strict and secure, offering confidence to both you and us. Should you be notified that payment via your credit or debit card has been declined, please check that all your data has been correctly entered or communicated. If we are still unable to proceed, please contact your card issuer.

ALL ITEMS DISPATCHED WILL REMAIN THE PROPERTY OF GLOBAL SPORTS INNOVATION (GSI) UNTIL PAYMENT HAS BEEN RECEIVED IN FULL. UNTIL PAYMENT HAS BEEN MADE, THE GOODS ARE HELD ON A FIDUCIARY BASIS ONLY.

3) PRICES

All up-to-date prices are on our website. These are in Pounds Sterling and are exclusive of VAT and shipping costs. Our flyers/catalogue prices are in Pounds Sterling and are exclusive of VAT and shipping costs. The prices in the flyer/catalogue are valid at the time of going to press. Shipping charges will apply and will be communicated to you during the order process by our sales team. Prices remain in force until we publish new prices on our website. All orders will be charged in Pounds Sterling as shown on your order confirmation.

Whilst we try to ensure that our prices on our website are correct, mistakes can sometimes occur. If we discover an error in the price of products you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible and give you the option of either reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If the order is cancelled, we will refund any money we have taken from you. Refunds can only be made via the original method of purchase.

We reserve the right to change our prices at any time.

4) AVAILABILITY

We try to ensure that all our products on the website are in stock, or available to pre-order. This will be communicated via our sales team within the order process. However, your order may be delayed if the item is not in stock. Our stock is controlled electronically, and occasionally errors may occur, therefore the current stock status is approximate. We will inform you via our sales team if a product you have ordered is unavailable and let you know the estimated date of availability. Should you wish to wait for your order to become available, we will keep your order on record. If you wish to cancel the order, we will refund any money taken from you. Refunds can only be made via the original method of purchase.

Colour accuracy of photography on the website cannot be guaranteed, and will vary depending on the resolution and screen type of your computer.

5) DELIVERY INFORMATION

Our sales team will communicate with you the approximate delivery time (Please allow up to 28 days for delivery). All orders may require a signature. Any orders returned to us as undeliverable, we shall attempt to contact you to arrange re-delivery. This will incur an additional shipping charge. If we are unable to contact you, we will refund the price of the products only.  The original shipping charge will not be refunded.

Shipping charges are applied to your order. This will be communicated to you via our sales team.

6) CUSTOMS

Your delivery address may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Any such additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. You should note that customs policies vary widely from country to country; we advise customers to contact their local customs office for further information. You should be aware that any items being shipped can be subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

7) RIGHT OF CANCELLATION

In the United Kingdom the Distance Selling Regulations 2000 provide you with a right to cancel your order for products at any time up to the end of the seventh working day following the day after the day on which you received the products. You do not need to give us any reason for cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please email us with details of your cancellation to sales@gsi-performance.com.

You must present a valid proof of purchase. The items you wish to return must be in the original packaging materials used.

Until you have returned the products to us, you must keep them in your possession and take reasonable care of them. We will credit the price of the cancelled products you have returned.

Please note that any shipping charges already incurred by Global Sports Innovation (GSI) at the point of cancellation will not be credited.

8) RETURNS POLICY

We do hope you are happy with your GSI Performance purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your order, please contact Global Sports Innovation (GSI) via email at sales@gsi-performance.com.

All items must be returned in a re-saleable condition, unused, in original packaging as follows to:

GSI Performance c/o Olivers Transport Ltd, Hassington Road, Eccles, Kelso TD5 7QS, Scotland. You must provide us with the original invoice, dispatch note or other proof of purchase.

Please note that if a returned item fails to meet these requirements, we cannot accept the item back.

When returning items for exchange, an additional shipping charge will be required to re-send the exchanged item. When returning an item for a refund we are unable to reimburse the return shipping charge.  Any refunds can only be made on the original card of purchase.

9) FAULTY/DEFECTIVE GOODS

If the product has been used for its intended purpose, generally almost all faults will appear within the first 3 months after purchase. For this reason, you may return any faulty item up to 3 months after the date of purchase. This product would then be professionally inspected for any faults of manufacture. If the damage to the product is deemed accidental damage/wear and tear, the product will be returned to the customer. If the inspection reveals any fault of manufacture, then the product will be exchanged for new replacement product. If a product is deemed faulty, we will reimburse you with reasonable costs of your return shipping charge if you include a receipt.

We evaluate each returned faulty product professionally and as quickly as possible with an aim to keep every customer satisfied with the highest level of customer service possible.

Please note: all faulty goods must be clean, dry and free from dirt and mud; we will not process any return we deem to be too dirty or wet.

Nothing in this Returns Policy affects any statutory rights you may have as a consumer.

Disclaimer:

1. GSI Performance Technical Training Equipment is manufactured globally, GSI corporate colours are predominantly Red and Black, due to different manufacturers there may be a slight change in colour shade from country to country.

2. Please note that due to manufacture, the foam used in GSI Performance products can fluctuate slightly in weight by 1-2 kgs for the larger GSI foam products.

All brand names, product names and titles used in this site are trademarks or trade names GSI Performance - Global Sports Innovation (GSI). No permission is given in respect of use of any of the above. The site may not be altered in any way, or republished without permission.

All matters concerning and incidental to any offer or agreement for the purchase and sale of goods from GSI Performance - Global Sports Innovation (GSI) shall be governed by English law and the English courts shall have jurisdiction in all such matters.

GSI Performance - Global Sports Innovation (GSI) and Riddell Inc reserves the right to refuse to supply any individual or company.
