The Stepover

The Stepover is part of the GSI Performance Technical Training Range and can be used in isolation or as part of the full system of products. This piece of equipment has been specifically designed to assist coaches and players in basic movement and stepping drills, isolating the training effect and movement pattern of foot movement, stepping and knee lift. Training with this piece of equipment helps you achieve and maintain accurate tracking and foot movement focus, reaction speed and balance.
